Winrock Town Center
Reimagininig The Mall
As the first covered mall built in New Mexico, Winrock was an iconic part of the Albuquerque landscape for decades. Changing demographics, other malls and a succession of financially driven owners doomed the property. Goodman Realty acquired the property in _________ and began the long process of reimagining the mall. What emerged was a master mixed-use destination shopping plan slated for completion in _______ that combines retail, residential, office and hospitality elements with innovative greenspace designs, entertainment and community facilities designed to engage consumers attracted searching for rich experiences. The 83 acre development has been re-designed from the ground up to incorporate cutting edge green buildling, planting and resource conservation principles.
