Security
The security console is located in the main lobby and is also monitored in an off-building location. Security officers are stationed in the lobby during business hours. In addition, security cameras monitor areas throughout the building, the parking lots and around the campus. A card access system is used for after hours and weekend access. Furthermore, the card access system can be adapted for each individual employee granting access to specific floors, wings and rooms. This state of the art system provides the highest level of security in any multi-tenant building in Albuquerque.

Parking
Over 4 spaces per 1000. Parking is available in the attached five story parking structure served by two elevators. Security in the structure is uncompromised. The structure is only accessed by the building key card security system and monitored by numerous security cameras. The structure provides parking for 504 vehicles of which 93% are covered. Elevators
100 Sun Plaza is served by seven separate elevators. Four elegant African avadurae wood clad cabs serve the central building core. Two others serve the five floors of the parking structure. One elevator services the lower level and the first floor.

HVAC
The building contains a state-of-the-art, variable air volume system. The system is digitally controlled via a computerized building automation program. Tenants maintain a high degree of control within their environment through the above average use VAV terminal units that include perimeter heating coils. After hours HVAC is available upon request.

Technical Solutions
Fiber to the desk capacity is available from Time Warner. Time Warner has thee rings of fiber configured in a loop around Albuquerque to minimize line disruption.

Electrical
PNM power company provides electrical service to the campus. This service is configured in a 15kv loop around the campus. There is a 750KVA diesel powered generator backup to provide power in case of a disruption from PNM.
