Chief Executive Officer
Gary Goodman is the founder and CEO of Goodman Realty Group. Over the last 40 years, his companies have designed, developed, owned, managed and leased over 7 million square feet of commercial real estate across the country. He is a respected civic leader and has received many awards for his commitment to community-oriented development. He is a recognized national authority on sustainable planning and construction with projects that have set new standards for environmental responsibility.
Chief Financial Officer
Debbie Bonsignore is the Chief Financial Officer of Goodman Realty Group. Ms. Bonsignore is an integral part of Goodman Realty Group’s ability to remain one of the most innovative and versatile owners and developers of commercial real estate that has owned, developed, leased and managed over 7,000,000 square feet of properties around the country.
Asset Manager, CDP, CRX
As Asset Manager for Goodman Realty Group, Colette Wharton oversees the management, daily operations and maintenance of the Goodman Realty Group portfolio including site selection, construction, leasing, property management, tenant relations, budgeting and forecasting, administration and marketing.
Many years of working in positions with other commercial real estate firms have given Ms. Wharton significant experience. She has a proven record of success in the leasing and management of various commercial properties nationwide and oversees all operations of the Goodman Realty Group properties.
Senior Vice President, Director of Development
Fred Gorenz is the Director of Development at Goodman Realty Group. Mr. Gorenz is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable individuals in the region in large scale development, and he specializes in contract negotiations, business development, pre-construction services and project management. His experience overseeing commercial construction in excess of 1.5 million square feet has made him one of the most experienced owner’s representative and project managers in the Southwestern United States.
Mr. Gorenz managed, led and owned one of the largest, local general contracting firms completing over 100 projects totaling over $900 million in various types of facilities to include educational, medical, municipal, office and retail throughout his career.
President, Pegasus Group, LLC
Anthony Johnson is President of Goodman Realty Group affiliate Pegasus Group, LLC. Anthony is a recognized leader in the commercial real estate industry, and is widely regarded as one of the top retail brokers in New Mexico. Prior to forming Pegasus Group, Anthony was Senior Vice President of Retail Services at Sedberry and Associates. He began his real estate career in 1991 with CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), where he eventually rose to Vice President, and head of its New Mexico Retail Division.
Vice President of Development, LEED AP
As Vice President of Development, Darin Sand leads multiple development efforts, government relations, strategic partnerships, community relations, entitlement processes, sustainable innovation and financial incentives. He is also recognized by the United States Green Building Council as an Accredited Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Building Design and Construction (LEED BD + C) professional.
Peter Van Orren
Vice President & General Manager of Construction and Operations
Mr. Van Orren is Vice President of the Goodman Realty Group’s construction division (IPSC) and manager of all building operations for Goodman Realty Group’s commercial, office and retail properties.
Mr. Van Orren’s experience makes him an invaluable part of the team at Goodman Realty Group. For over 30 years, he has been in facilities operations and maintenance, overseeing over four million square feet of commercial property, including a Facilities Engineer for Nation’s Bank and Senior Engineer for Sun Healthcare Group.
